• The data has been unlawfully processed

Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)

You may request that we limit how we use your data while we verify its accuracy or assess objections you have raised.

Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.

Right to Object (Article 21)

You may object to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making (Article 22)

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you. We do not currently use automated decision-making systems.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We may request verification of your identity before processing your request.

We will respond to your request within one month. If your request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by up to two additional months, but we will inform you of this within the first month.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where you have given clear consent for specific purposes
• Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): Where processing is necessary for a contract with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract
• Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): Where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations
• Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided these are not overridden by your rights

Data Protection Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:
